The Challenge
The firm planned to launch a transaction platform for wealth customers in India, spanning multiple digital and internal platforms. Given the regulatory sensitivity of transaction-led products in India, the initiative required:

Platform Scope
The transaction platform for wealth customers was designed to be delivered across three platforms:
- Client-facing mobile applications (iOS and Android – mobile and tablet)
- Client-facing web-based transaction portal
- RM-facing web admin and internal portals to support transactions, reporting, and oversight for both clients and internal stakeholders
Scope of Work & Key Contributions
- Regulatory & Product Compliance Enablement
Supported the wealth firm in ensuring regulatory and product compliance for the launch of the transaction platform for wealth customers across:- Client-facing mobile applications
- Client-facing web applications
- RM-facing web admin platforms
- This included mapping regulatory expectations, identifying gaps, and aligning platform features with approved transaction and reporting requirements.
- Integration & Implementation Advisory
- Advised on optimal integration architecture across existing and proposed vendors and partners
- Evaluated integration dependencies, risks, and sequencing
- Supported leadership decision-making to arrive at an implementation model aligned with scale, security, and regulatory expectations
- (Final integration decisions remained with the client, following internal approvals.)
- Regulatory Approval Support
- Enabled the firm in preparing for regulatory requisitions related to the transaction platform for wealth customers
- Supported limited testing (to the extent permitted by exchanges and regulators)
